We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking Christmas Light Installers/Crew Members to join our team for the fall and winter season. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday (overtime available during peak seasons)

Responsibilities:

- Assist in setting up holiday lights, garlands, wreaths, and lighted lawn décor, helping clients achieve festive, professional-grade displays

- Follow team leader instructions for safe and efficient installation, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards

- Perform fall clean-up tasks, including leaf and debris removal, to prepare properties for the winter season

- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition

- Work as part of a close-knit team, communicating effectively to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in landscaping, holiday light installation, or seasonal work is a plus, but not required

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

- Certification in lawn care maintenance a plus
